Main applications:
This equipment is mainly used for ultrafine pulverization of materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. Main features:
1. It consists of a crushing host, cyclone separator, pulse dust removal, material collection box, and electrical control box, achieving integration of crushing, powder and gas separation, and finished product collection. The fineness of the finished product can reach 2000 mesh.
2. There is a finished product particle size adjustment turntable and an indicator needle, making it convenient and quick to adjust the coarseness and fineness. The powder after the first crushing can undergo secondary crushing, achieving a fineness of nanometers.
3. It has functions such as wind power selection, no screen and no mesh, uniform particle size, and overload indication. It can work continuously, with the feeding motor automatically supplying materials. During operation, the powder and airflow flow smoothly, with high crushing efficiency. The crushing chamber dissipates heat quickly, resulting in low residual material. It can effectively improve the utilization rate of materials.
4. The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with a compact structure, simple operation, and convenient assembly, disassembly, and cleaning. It has low noise, and the crushing process does not produce dust, making the working environment clean and environmentally friendly, in line with GMP standard requirements. It can be customized with a low-temperature cooling unit according to user requirements, and comes with a simple dust removal device or optional pulse dust removal device.
