Main features:

6.The machine has excellent configuration of mechanical and electrical components. The mechanical components adopt high-strength and high-rigidity frame structure, with main castings sourced from a Japanese wholly-owned company. The turning structure is specially processed with advanced technology, and the pre-tensioning wheel and main press wheel are designed. The lubrication system uses products from an American wholly-owned company, Bechel.
7.The working area adopts a fully enclosed transparent window structure, with minimal dust pollution and excellent sealing performance.
8.The studio is completely separated from the transmission mechanism, effectively preventing cross-contamination. The components in contact with drugs are made of stainless steel or treated with surface special treatment. The tablet compression chamber has no dead corners, making it easy to load and unload, and easy to clean and maintain, in compliance with the GMP standards for drug production and quality management.
9.The machine is equipped with functions such as variable frequency speed regulation, display of average pressure value, overload protection, and emergency braking.
