Product Introduction:
GLZ-25 dry granulator is developed by our company. It is the smallest type of dry granulator designed for laboratory research and development, suitable for laboratory, pilot plant and small production line. 80 grams of dry powder can also be granulated. Based on the principle of mechanical extrusion granulation, the pre-configured dry powder with a certain amount of crystalline water or finely crystalline materials is extruded into thin slices and then granulated through the granulation system, forming particles of the required size through a sieve.
Main applications:
1. Pharmaceutical industry: pharmaceutical products with particles, traditional Chinese medicine particles, anti biomass capsule filled with particles, anti biomass pellets, animal medicine particles, powder dialysis formulations.
